Experiential learning is used as a powerful tool for human development and these learning practices are implemented in Sanskar. We follow a unique strategy to keep our academic processes as exhilarating as possible. Despite the big scale and myriad challenges involved, quality is the most sought after aspect of education philosophy. To meet the uncompromising standard of our academic quality, we focus on the three main aspects of our institutions.
Students
Involve: project based learning
Our learning methodologies extend beyond the prescribed textbooks. Students are encouraged to study complex topics based on experiential learning.
Correlating the concept of Right-Mix-
Subjects often trace an inter-disciplinary approach. We combine subjects based on their correlation so that a wider backdrop is provided to students to understand the concept in their proper contexts.
Teacher
Mentor: Inspiration and Guidance
eachers play a crucial role in shaping a student's personality. At Sanskar, teaching is not a one-way process but a dialogue that involves the active participation of students.
Sharp Skills: The Art of Teaching-
We believe teaching is an art and not mere employment. Like any art form, teaching also needs constant sharpening of skills. We organise a range of programmes and workshops that focus on skill development of teachers. If the learning process has become smart, the teachers need to become smarter.
Parents
Engagement: Parental Participation-
Teaching is not limited to the school premises alone. The fact is that parents take up the roles as teachers outside school. So, a sustained camaraderie between the institution and the parents becomes indispensable. We take active steps to involve parents in the teaching process and take their feedbacks seriously. We consider this process as the backbone of our high learning standards.
Reach Out
Connect: For going New Partnerships-
We regularly encourage new partnerships with government agencies, private players and community development organisations to expose students to newer experiences. By fostering these partnerships ,we allow our students to get involved into various carrier and community development programmes right from the school level.
Extra Co- Curricular Activities-
At Sanskar, students are regularly quenching their thirst by learning for hobbies like Art, Painting, Drama, Music (instrumental and vocal), Dance, Kungfu, Craft work etc. In sanskar we celebrate various National, International and religious festival with the full involvement of children. Festivals like Diwali, Dussehra, Janmashtami, Christmas, Eid, Guruparv, Republic day, Independence day, Children's day, Halloween day, Earth day etc.are celebrated through the active participation of the students so that our students not only get the knowledge but they also remain close to our culture and nation.
